    There is nothing you need to bring on the day. We have prepared all the basic items necessary for dressing. Please be assured that tabi socks are all included in the price of the plan.
  • Is it possible to change the plan on the day?
    It is possible to change the plan on the day. Please pick up the kimono directly after coming to the store and choose it. (Please contact us in advance for changes such as make-up plans, shooting plans, and reservation times.)
  • Time required
    It takes about 40 to 60 minutes from your arrival to departure. The time will change depending on the number of people and the plan, so please feel free to contact us if you are unsure. In addition, it is expected that the store will be very crowded during the season of cherry blossom viewing and autumn leaves. Depending on the reservation status, you may have to wait for a while, so please come with plenty of time.
  • Is it possible to dress pregnant women?
    Sorry. We do not allow pregnant women to wear Kimono.
  • Is it possible to add a hair set on the day?
    We also accept orders after wearing a kimono on the day. Please ask our staff.
  • About the contents of the hair set
    You can choose from 24 patterns carefully selected by our stylists. (¥1,500~) If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, as we will suggest a style that suits you best depending on the length, hair type, and kimono.
  • do you have hair ornaments
    We have a lot of hair ornaments such as kanzashi and flower hair ornaments. Our original hair ornaments are also available, so please choose your favorite hair ornament.
  • About men's hairstyles
    The hair set plan is only available for women. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Can you keep my luggage
    One per person will be kept in a special bag. Please be assured that it is a large bag that can hold clothes, shoes, and bags. We also ask that you take all valuables with you when you go out. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of your luggage.
  • How to return the kimono
    1. Same day return The final return time for same-day returns is 18:00. Please return to our store by 18:00. If you do not return by the final return time, it will be treated as returned the next day and you will be charged ¥5,000 as an extension fee. In that case, we will not be able to return your luggage until 9:00, the opening time of the next day. note that. 2. Return next day When returning the next day, please put your luggage in the luggage bag and take it home. Please put the kimono set in the luggage bag and return it to our store by 12:00 on the day after the rental. Next day return plan ¥1,000 Deposit ¥5,000 (will be refunded when the kimono is returned) If you are late for more than 15 minutes after 12:00 the next day, we will charge ¥1,000 as an extension fee. Also, please note that we will charge you for lost or damaged items based on the amount stipulated by our store.

    Please be sure to contact us regarding any changes or cancellations to your reservation. Changes/cancellations up to 12:00 the day before: Please contact us via email or reservation form.   • About sales and purchase of kimono
    We also sell kimonos and accessories. For details, please contact the staff at the store.
  • I'm worried about the weather that day
    Umbrellas are sold at the store. (¥300) We also have parasols and Japanese umbrellas. Please ask the staff at the store.
